MAO did such a great job with my hair. It’s a little difficult to dry my hair because of how dark it is but the color turned out the way I wanted and it was great. Everyone in the salon seemed friendly and was very impressed with the service. Thank you MAO. I was informed from my husband it’s rude to tip and I didn’t know that so I apologize. I didn’t want to be rude but you did a great job

Mao and the team were super hospitable, kind and accommodating. Mao was a perfectionist and wanted to make sure I got my hair cut exactly how I wanted it. She was patient and listened to everything I had to say, and offered suggestions. I am so happy with my cut and colour and will be returning to this salon when I come back to Japan!
